We listen
We receive the experience with attention, humanity, and without judgment.
Stories open the heart. Psychology helps us understand what we have lived through. One small practice can support our growth.
Behind many decisions, losses, beginnings, and achievements is a story other people never knew. Tell Me Your Story uses meaningful experiences to teach reflection, resilience, psychology, and human growth.
Rosy begins with her own experiences as an immigrant, mother, adult learner, and professor. At times, the series may also feature stories shared voluntarily by women—especially immigrant women—when they can help others feel understood and less alone.
This is not a place to compare suffering or turn vulnerability into a spectacle. It is a place to listen with dignity and ask what we can learn.
Each story becomes a learning experience through the Attitude Rose Learning model.
We receive the experience with attention, humanity, and without judgment.
We connect it with psychology explained in everyday language.
We offer one small, safe, and realistic action.
We reflect on the attitude that could support the next step.
Immigration, adult education, career changes, and new seasons.
Grief, exhaustion, boundaries, asking for help, and treating ourselves with dignity.
Honoring our roots and deciding what we want to continue practicing.
People can reflect and learn without revealing private experiences. No one needs to tell their story publicly to be part of this community.
The person knows exactly what would be shared, where, and how.
The format can be adapted: conversation, voice, writing, or anonymity.
Silence, changing one’s mind, or declining to answer are always allowed.
Submitting a story or speaking with Rosy does not give Attitude Rose Learning permission to record, publish, or share it. Separate written consent and final approval are required before anything is made public.
Each fillable packet includes a private interest form, consent and privacy choices, and a final approval form.
These forms support clear communication and recordkeeping and are not legal advice.
You do not have to share private details. You can begin by reflecting: what do you want to honor, and what do you want to learn to do differently?
